Disclaimer & Copyright
Updated: 20 June 2026
This document explains the status of the project, the origin of its materials, and the procedure for handling complaints. It is not legal advice.
1. An unofficial independent project
Holos Pravdy is an unofficial, independent compilation of materials in an encyclopedia format. The project is not affiliated with the «Vox Veritatis» channel or its author, Vitaliy Dribnytsia; it does not represent them, does not act on their behalf, and does not express their official position. All names and references are used solely for source attribution.
2. Sources and copyright
The materials are based on the video debates of historian Vitaliy Dribnytsia (the «Vox Veritatis» channel). Copyright in the primary sources — videos, statements, images — belongs to their respective rights holders. We make no claim to these rights. Every statement is accompanied by attribution and a source link with a timecode.
3. Quotation and fair use
The materials are presented for educational, research, and fact-checking purposes within the bounds of fair use (quotation). The extent of the quotes is limited by that purpose — to give the reader the ability to verify a statement against the primary source. If you are a rights holder and believe otherwise, see the takedown section below.
4. Accuracy and interpretation
Historical topics involve analysis and interpretation. We strive for accuracy and rely on verified sources, but we do not guarantee the completeness, currency, or absolute infallibility of the materials. What is stated here is not a definitive academic, expert, or legal position. Use the materials critically and cross-check them against primary sources.
5. External links
The site contains links to third-party resources (YouTube, archives, scholarly publications, and so on). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
6. Complaints and takedown of materials
If you are a rights holder and believe that a particular item infringes your rights, send a request to [email protected], specifying: the particular item (URL), a description of the rights, and your contact details. We will review the request promptly and, if necessary, correct or remove the material.
7. Reporting an error
Noticed a factual inaccuracy? Let us know via the «Report an error» form or at [email protected] — we will check it and make a correction.
