Anatoliy Podolsky

Anatoliy Yukhymovych Podolsky is a Ukrainian historian, Candidate of Historical Sciences, founder (2002) and director of the Ukrainian Center for Holocaust Studies. He researches the history of Ukraine’s Jews in the 20th century, the Holocaust, Ukrainian–Jewish relations, and the comparative study of genocides. In 1996 he defended one of Ukraine’s first dissertations on this subject, “The Nazi Genocide of the Jews of Ukraine, 1941–1944.”
