Hennadiy Yefimenko
Hennadiy Hryhorovych Yefimenko is a Ukrainian historian, Candidate of Historical Sciences, and senior research fellow at the Institute of History of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He specializes in Bolshevik nationality policy in Ukraine: the status of the Ukrainian SSR, the language question during the “first communist offensive” of 1919–1920, Soviet Ukrainization (korenization), and its rollback in the 1930s.
