Larysa Dmytrivna Yakubova is a Ukrainian historian, Doctor of Historical Sciences, professor, member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and director of the Institute of History of Ukraine of the NAS of Ukraine. She researches the nationality policy of the Soviet era, korenization, totalitarianism, and the contemporary transformations of the Russian regime.
