Roman Ofitsynskyi

Roman Andriyovych Ofitsynskyi is a Ukrainian historian, Doctor of Historical Sciences, and professor at Uzhhorod National University. He researches the history of Transcarpathia, Carpatho-Ukraine of 1939, and state-building processes of the 20th century.
