Vitaliy Mykolayovych Mykhailovsky is a Ukrainian historian, Doctor of Historical Sciences, and researcher of the history of Podillia and the Ruthenian lands (the Ruthenian and Belz voivodeships) of the Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania from the second half of the 14th to the 16th century, the historical geography of Podillia, and parliamentarism in the Ukrainian lands of the 14th–17th centuries. He works at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University.
