A sensitive format: the interlocutor is a Russian propagandist, so the article takes only the author’s clean, verified theses, without giving the opponent any apologetics. Among them is the precise wording of the document: in the autumn of 1930 a resolution was issued on the pace of collectivization in which Ukraine was prescribed “to take one of the first places”, and the Ukrainian countryside was to go through collectivization by 1933.
